Retarget Leads provides SMS and MMS messaging services as part of its AI-powered digital receptionist platform. This SMS Messaging Policy explains how messaging works, your responsibilities, and recipient rights.

1. Consent Requirement

By using our Service, you represent that you have obtained prior express consent from recipients before sending SMS or MMS messages, in compliance with:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • FCC regulations

  • Carrier A2P 10DLC policies

  • Applicable state and federal laws

Consent must be explicit, informed, and directly provided by the message recipient.

2. Message Types

Messages sent through the Service may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Missed-call follow-ups

  • Service notifications

  • Transactional or informational messages

Marketing or promotional messaging is permitted only if legally compliant consent has been obtained.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

All SMS messages support opt-out functionality.

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying:

  • Content that violates carrier or regulatory rules

5. Message Delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Retarget Leads does not guarantee delivery and is not responsible for carrier filtering, blocking, or delays.

6. Data & Privacy

Message content and metadata may be processed and stored to:

  • Deliver messaging services

  • Ensure compliance

  • Maintain system integrity

  • Support customer inquiries

We do not sell SMS data or phone numbers.

7. Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining proof of recipient consent

  • Managing opt-outs and suppression lists

  • Ensuring message content complies with laws and carrier rules

8. Suspension of Messaging Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SMS services if:

  • A2P policies are violated

  • Carrier complaints occur

  • Required registrations are inaccurate or incomplete

  • Legal or compliance risks arise
